Rethinking the "Tickets" user experience

The "Tickets" tab is where our users could view their past purchases, games, ticket images, winning amounts and upcoming games. We overhauled this tab to streamline and organize the information and make it easier for users to track their history based on specific orders, dates and specific lottery games.

REGISTRATION & AGE VERIFICATION

Rethinking & Redesigning Create An Account and Age Verification user flows for PhoneGap to Swift Migration

Users are pushed towards the registration and verification process either after onboarding as new users or while checking out of their cart to play a game. The registration process is necessary to legally play the state lottery. Our aim was to rethink the currently overwhelming, lengthy and busy user flow to make it seamless, engaging and informative. We broke the process down into 2 steps — 'create account' and 'verify age' to maintain our main goal and this increased user conversion rates.  I was the design lead and only designer on this feature.
